“Leilas gardumi” — from a home-based producer to one’s own production facility, café, and shop.

On a daily basis, this production facility is run by a young entrepreneur Liene Laila Liepiņa, who creates her own products here. It all began with macarons and marshmallows; today, her range includes biscuits known even in Estonia, chilli sauce in various flavours, jams, cakes, syrups and many other delicacies, as well as honey and pollen from the family’s own bee colonies. Vegan biscuits and the live drink “KamBuchu?” are also available.

The café is opened three days a week, offering visitors the chance to discover the products created by “Leilas gardumi”. They can be enjoyed on site, for example with a delicious coffee, or put together for takeaway. The café menu includes various pizzas, soups, pilaf and other tasty dishes. As Liene says: “I cook the way we do at home — from the heart!”
