On 27 September, Ape will once again turn into a true capital of the borderland autumn fair!

From 9:00 to 14:00, the streets of the small town will come alive with the scents of autumn, the buzz of the market, delicious treats, handmade crafts, music, and that special atmosphere of the Ape Fair that simply cannot be put into words — it has to be experienced!

Around 350 vendors will have prepared everything that belongs to the autumn season:

Local producers’ delicacies — bread, smoked products, cheeses, meat, fish, honey and other treats;

Autumn harvest and garden produce — vegetables, garlic, flowers, plants and seedlings;

Handicrafts and designer goods — ceramics, leather products, jewellery, wooden crafts, clothing and home textiles.

Warm dishes and drinks — Uzbek plov, Ukrainian borscht, coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juices and other treats.

For the home, garden and farm — tools, gardening supplies, wooden products and other useful items..

For the whole family — clothing, footwear, bags, accessories and much more.

And, of course, there will be music! From 9:30, Zigmārs Krūmiņš, Rihards Baranovs and Ape TRIO will create an autumn atmosphere in the square by the Ape Administrative Office. During the breaks, the lively Ape brass musicians will perform, while barrel organ player Gatis will add a special musical touch throughout the market area.

This is more than just a fair. It is a day when people come together — to shop, taste, chat and discover something they never even planned to buy.
So, if you are still deciding, come and join us! See you at the big Borderland Autumn Fair in Ape on 27 September!

Come one, come all, and enjoy a lively autumn market in Ape!
