Continuing the series of hikes in which we invite people to explore a different parish of Smiltene Municipality each month, the “Blome Honey Bread with Milk” hike took place on July 26.

Participants set out on 7- and 16-kilometer routes, taking in the sights of Blome village, walking along local trails, listening to stories, and learning about the history of the parish.

Thank you to the active individuals from the Blome Community Centre, the parish administration, and the residents’ council for their involvement in organizing the hike and treating participants to local delicacies!
