The farmstead “Kalbakas” offers an engaging educational programme about traditional milk processing in the countryside, suitable for groups of 10–40 people.

Full programme (approx. 2–2.5 hours)

• Exploring the long journey of milk together – from cow to table.
• Milk churning to obtain cream and skimmed milk, and butter churning.
• Interactive games.
• Making and enjoying pancakes with your choice of toppings, served with mint tea.

Short programme (approx. 1–1.5 hours)

• Pancake tasting with your choice of toppings
• Enjoying peppermint tea.

For school groups: one teacher per 10 pupils may participate FREE OF CHARGE.
